1. The reception staffs are all super friendly especially Mr. Christopher. Also the cleaning ladies are very kind and helpful. They always say hello and gave us smiles 2. Location is good 180m to a big supermarket and easy to visit the city center by car 3. Parking is Free and always available and secured 4. Room is equipped with kitchen and fridge also with a heating radiator. 5. Fast internet connection 6. Pet friendly with 10 euros per day it is a fair price in Bordeaux region 7. The room is sound proofed

Very friendly and helpful staff, room smallish but very clean with kitchenette and the bed very comfortable. Although on the edge of the university district, it was very quiet. Free off-road parking. Good shops: pharmacy, supermarket, boulangerie and fresh fruit and vegetable shop within 3 to 5 minutes walking distance. Well maintained: everything worked.

Despite of the fact that some travellers wrote about the difficult approach of the hotel, it was no problem, the GPS led us to the hotel directly. The hotel had a very pleasant odour, not only in the corridors, but in the room either. The message of the scent was: this is a clean hotel, which is absolutely true! The breakfast was okay.

Warm, friendly welcome - and it was very helpful (and appreciated) to have the young lady speak English to us. Parking on site. Huge comfortable bed with sumptuous bedding. Large TV directly in front of the bed. Well lit bathroom. Clean. Dark. Intermarche and other places within a short easy and safe walk of 5 minutes maximum.

There is everything you need for a sleep, parking is close, spacious rooms with apartment option (little chicken, frig, ...) . It was a 1 night stop during our trip to Spain the hotel is just out of the highway but close enough to the city center ... so a handy option for travelers or for a few day staying.
